It's Keynes v. Hayek in rap mode. Their debate is all the more interesting today at a time when conservative elites continue to follow Hayek but the capitalists are all Keynesians...
This just goes to show (contra Keynes) that ideology counts for nothing when accumulation is at stake. The British Tories don't seem to have figured this out anymore than the Cato and Heritage people in the States. The difference is the Tories have the opportunity to really do some damage with their ridiculous notions of cutting spending at the worst possible moment.
